I’m Katie, an ISSA-certified personal trainer who believes strength should be functional, fun, and fiercely sustainable. I coach clients at Flow Strength in Rockland, Maine, where I blend practical strength training, mobility work, and sport-specific conditioning to help people move better, feel stronger, and stay consistent - whatever your goal might be.
